At Bouncing Bunnies each lesson is carefully planned to incorporate learning, fun and fitness. We aim to encourage a love of exercise and help young children to develop active and healthy lifestyles.

We hope that being a Bouncing Bunny will encourage improved fitness levels and enjoyment from exercise that will see them through their coming years. We want our bunnies to feel safe and valued but at the same time promote their independence and unleash their creativity.

We do this by using music, drama and games around all of our physical activities. Exercise is great for increasing flexibility, keeping muscles strong as well as releasing endorphins (the little chemicals that make us happy) It’s also great for maintaining your child’s healthy weight.

Other benefits to becoming a Bouncing Bunny:
